Welcome to Let’s Love Health – a wellbeing platform built to support your wellness journey with care, connection, and community. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app (if applicable), content, features, tools, and services.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Who Can Use Let’s Love Health

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide, including your age or date of birth, is accurate.
  • If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have consent from a parent or guardian to use the Services.
  • By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and are legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you may be asked to create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.

  • You grant Let’s Love Health a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services.
  • You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you share.
Public Social Media Content

If you publicly share something on social media and tag or mention Let’s Love Health (e.g., @letslovehealth or relevant hashtags), we may choose to share or repost it on our channels or the platform. We will generally make reasonable efforts to contact you first, but public posts may be reshared in line with the original platform’s visibility settings.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

If you pay for any paid offerings (such as event bookings or premium features), you agree that:

  • All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
  • We do not store full payment card details.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Cancellation, refunds, and billing practices will be outlined at the point of purchase.

6. Booking Experiences

When you book an experience through the Services:

  • You agree to provide necessary details (name, contact, preferences).
  • Let’s Love Health may share basic booking information with the experience organiser to fulfil the booking.
  • You are responsible for reviewing the organiser’s policies (cancellation, delays, safety, etc.).

We provide booking facilitation only – the organiser is responsible for delivering the experience.

7. Booking Confirmations & Reminders

Let’s Love Health may send service-related messages, such as:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Email reminders before your booked experience
  • Updates, alerts, or changes related to your bookings

In the future, where you have opted in and provided a mobile number, we may also send SMS reminders. These are service notifications, not promotional marketing.

8. AI Features, Sena & Theo Use

Our Services may include AI-powered chat features (like Sena and Theo). You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be perfect.
  • Sena is designed to provide supportive guidance but does not replace professional diagnosis, advice, or treatment.
  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to force harmful or unsafe outputs from the AI.
  • If you encounter harmful or inappropriate content, you agree to report it so we can investigate and improve.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, images, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Let’s Love Health or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws (including UK GDPR). By using the Services, you consent to that data handling.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not warrant that the Services will always be safe, secure, error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Let’s Love Health, its affiliates, partners, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Let’s Love Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal costs) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your content or conduct on the platform

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may also stop using the Services at any time.

Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination (such as liability, intellectual property, indemnification, etc.) will continue in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do:

  • We’ll update the “Last updated” date.
  • We may notify you by email or through in-service messaging.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you have a dispute with Let’s Love Health, you agree first to try to resolve it informally by contacting us directly. If a resolution can’t be reached, you may pursue legal remedies available under UK law.
