Community Guidelines
Let’s Love Health is built around connection, curiosity, and care. Our community includes people with different backgrounds, beliefs, experiences, and needs. We want everyone to feel welcome, respected, and safe.
These Community Guidelines set out how we ask people to engage with one another across Let’s Love Health platforms, including our website, future community forums, and our official social media spaces.
Our intention
We aim to create spaces that are:
- Kind and respectful
- Inclusive and non-judgemental
- Supportive rather than confrontational
- Grounded in lived experience, not authority
We recognise that wellbeing conversations can be personal and sometimes sensitive. These guidelines exist to help keep shared spaces constructive and safe for everyone.
What these guidelines apply to
These guidelines apply to:
- Any future community forums or discussion spaces on Let’s Love Health
- User-generated content where community interaction is enabled
- Interactions on official Let’s Love Health social media accounts
They are designed to evolve as our community grows.
A note on social media
We’re active across multiple social media platforms, and we value the conversations that happen there. However, it’s important to be clear:
- Social media platforms are public, third-party spaces
- We do not control all interactions, comments, or behaviour on those platforms
- Platform-specific rules and moderation tools also apply
While we may not be able to monitor everything in real time, we care deeply about how our community shows up. We encourage everyone engaging with Let’s Love Health, wherever that interaction happens, to treat others with kindness, respect, and empathy.
How we ask our community to engage
When taking part in discussions, forums, or conversations connected to Let’s Love Health, we ask that you:
